Since it is P week I thought I would see how many P words we could Put in this Post. :)
We had a PLAYDATE with cousin A on Fri.
The weather was extremely PLEASANT so we PACKED the girls into the stroller and PUT elliott in the frontpack and off we went.
The girls were very PLEASED to stop and PLAY at the PARK.
(Kate has PURPLE flowers on her shirt.)
They PLAYED PEEK-A-BOO in the PIPE-SLIDE .
They made quite a PAIR on the side-by-side slide.
Cousin A was looking PRETTY in PINK .
PLEASE excuse the head shot...I was trying to take a self PORTRAIT of Elliott and I.
PEEK-A-BOO!!
I did a PRETTY PATHETIC job so I just took our shadow PROFILE instead.
The girls PLAYED and PLAYED...
until Elliott was PLUMB tuckered out.
So I put him in his PORTABLE bed.
Our little 'Trunk monkey' stayin cozy. :D
The girls liked riding the PONY and the Bike with PEDALS that bounced on the end of long POLES.
On the way home we POPPED open some snacks, and I had to PERSUADE Kate that there were PLENTY of snacks to go around, and that sharing was POSITIVELY in order.
(thanks for these water bottles sjo. they are the best!)
We also PAUSED to watch a big digger in the lot next to our house.
Elliott was a bit PERTURBED at the sight of this Case about to gobble up the tiny PERSON and his truck. :D
We all had fun watching it scooping and dumping the big PILE of dirt though.
Maybe I'll POST a video for you sometime soon,
but for now, here are a few videos that were supposed to be on the PREVIOUS POST.
Kate PICKING UP dirt, with her PINK broom and dustpan.
(thank you u. AJ)
PUSHING and PULLING Elliott around in his highchair for a game of ring-around-the-rosie.
I think this POOR girl needs a PLAYMATE.
Note: be sure your volume is turned down for this one. :)
