We're still here...

Lots of things have happened since our last post...and we won't try to cover them all now! :)

But here is a brief overview of our past few months.

We have done alot of traveling....

which means a whole lotta packing and unpacking.

Fun times!

And Usually it takes a day or two to recover and get back in the swing of things...

Its so nice to have a lazy morning in bed and forget about the 101 things to do. :)

Just layin around counting our blessings. :)

Then Kate helps Mr. Wise guy with his work.

And Tay-o helps me with my work.

Why do I get the feeling Mr. Wise Guy is getting more help than I am. :D

We've been sick here and there...

(this was the morning of my birthday)

and we've had lots of fun here at home between trips.

Swimming

Eating crackers while we dry off...

(gotta keep up the tradition)

Learning how to crawl (its been like 2 months ago now!!!!)

Waiting right at the top of the stairs for a little help...

And then learning how to go down them.

(He learned the up part about the same time as he started crawling.)

And spending some of the cooler summer evenings at the park.

Kate likes to climb up the twisty slide ...as long as no other kids are there.

Sometimes we meet our cousin La La there too.

What fun!!

Since our last trip we've been quarantined to our house until the kids get better ...which is going on 2 weeks now. The other day Kate got herself dressed and went and got her purse and proclaimed, "I wanna go to da tore (store), mommy".

(yes, her skirt is on sideways)

I told her we could but we'd have to get ready to go first and she replied,
"I'm Okay mommy, see I have my braids in."

(they had been slept in for 3 days and you could hardly find them amidst the hair hanging out all over) :)
